5/13/10: Joe Flacco Quarterback from Audobon, NJ, Joe Flacco Started at Pittsburgh”2004″ but transferred to The University of Delaware where he earned the following honors at the Quarterback position for the Fighten Blue Hens. UD Co-Outstanding Senior Male Athlete of the Year, NFL Draft Pick (1st Round/18th Overall; Baltimore), 3rd team The Sports Network All-American, Pro Football Weekly Magazine All-American, Senior Bowl All-Star Game Participant (Jan. 26 in Mobile, AL), 18th place, Walter Payton Award voting, ECAC (All-East) Player of the Year.

1st team All-East (ECAC), Colonial Athletic Association Co-Offensive Player of the Year, Blue Hen Touchdown Club Outstanding Senior on Offense Award, Blue Hens Touchdown Club Offensive Player of the Week (West Chester; New Hampshire), Wilmington Trust Best of the Blue Hens Athlete of the Week (Sept. 16; Dec. 9; Apr. 27), Colonial Athletic Association Offensive Player of the Week (Navy), Colonial Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll.

Joe is now the starting Quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens, The Ravens picked up former Arizona Wide Receiver Anquan Boldin this off season. Boldin is expected to be Flacco number one guy this season. The Ravens look to improve on a 9-7 season. The will Ravens open will open up there Per-Season Schedule against the Carolina Panthers, Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 8pm at M&T Bank, Notwithstanding the Ravens will open up the 2010 Regular season Schedule on the road against The New York Jets Monday, September 13.
