Bell, from Conestoga, Pennsylvania, and Penn Manor High, led the Blue Hens in tackles (94) and tackles for lost yardage (11.5). He ranked fourth in the CAA in both categories.

Newark High graduate Taylor Reynolds, a senior cornerback at CAA champion James Madison, was also a first-team pick.

Delaware, which closed a second straight 4-7 season with Saturday’s 41-10 loss to Villanova, had four second-team picks in senior guard/tackle Connor Bozick, junior center Brody Kern, junior defensive tackle Bilal Nichols, a Hodgson Vo-Tech graduate, and sophomore linebacker Troy Reeder, the Salesianum graduate who transferred to Delaware this year from Penn State.
